Support Request: CSS issue only in Chrome-engine

Description

We have a very strange issue with a page that is loaded from another domain from the default. When using Edge, Chrome and Firefox and even the IE engine inside SiteKiosk all is fine and dandy. But if we choose Chrome-engine, certain parts of the CSS are not correct. It's the placement of a button and colour aren’t respected. We have another SiteKiosk to another site, where the same setup is used, but here the CSS is "respected". We've been trying to refresh the Cache in many ways, but there is no standard way of doing this and the system resets itself after 150 secs.
What can be the cause (and remedy) for this behavior?

Click on the picture - then Click on Online Booking button to see attached results in different browsers and SiteKioskl.

Hello,

as there is no SiteKiosk Online Version 9.x, I assume you are using SiteKiosk Classic Windows
Since the SiteKiosk Classic Windows version 9.9.6127 is out of support I have tested it with the actual SiteKiosk Classic Version 9.9.6744. The color and placement of the button is displayed correctly.
I assume it is because the old SiteKiosk Classic Windows version you are using still uses Chromium CEF version 99, but the current SiteKiosk version uses version 118.

Therefore, you should update SiteKiosk and then it will work.

Found the same solution - to upgrade However that is not possible without renewing the License.

Hello,

If your license is not valid for the current SiteKiosk version you can purchase a SiteKiosk Update License.
