Support Request: No password

Description

Hello, we don't have the generale password. I'am trying to connect on our workstation with the username and password but it's not working. I use the same ID and passworsd when I'm connecting on the website sitekiosk but's it' s not working. I also try to use the ID and password on the workstation but it's not working also.

Could you give me a general password please ?

Hello,

the screenshot attached is from the customer portal here at https://www.sitekiosk.com.

But You need to register the client with the user name and password you use on https://sitekiosk.online.
Please check.

Also note there is no general password with SiteKiosk Online anymore (as there is no license you add at the client machine anymore).
Instead you have the master password you can get from your team on https://sitekiosk.online.

Hello,

I just try to connect with this username PARZD and my password but it's not working.
The website say the username and password is not correct, I also try to reset but the website can't found my account. I use the same ID and password on this website (Sitekiosk.com)

Hello,

You need to create a separate account / login on https://sitekiosk.online.
(The account on https://www.sitekiosk.com is your customer account for purchasing SiteKiosk).

Know it's working but I configured a user on the website sitekiosk online and I want to run with this user.
How can I do that please ?

Hello,

Just download the client software from the dashboard after logging in to your team on https://sitekiosk.online, install it on your client device and register it to your team.
When using the preconfigured installer for Windows the client will be registered automatically.
