Reproduktion

This occurs on both windows XP and window s7 machines with acrobat reader 9 or 10.

Click print to print a large pdf, ~35 pages or more and sitekiosk closes unexpectedly.

Beschreibung

When attempting to print large PDFs (~35 pages or larger) site kiosk closes losing the users place. The print job also fails to print.

This problem is present in both windows XP and Windows 7 installations.

Hello,

SiteKiosk is required to report back to the Software Watchdog (watchdog.exe) after certain (adjustable) intervals (30 seconds by default).

SiteKiosk may not respond during this period because the system is busy with printing?

You should try if it works when you increase the time interval e.g. to 60 or 120 seconds. (SiteKiosk configuration-->Management-->Maintenance-->Monitoring-->Settings).
