Support Anfrage: Obsolete SiteRemote login interferring with gaining access to Sitekiosk login

Reproduktion

I had trial siteremote account registered after i bought my first sitekiosk license.

This kiosk was registered with siteremote trial user account, that account has now expired but it is asking for the siteremote username and password when i try to get to the configuration settings of the running sitekiosk on this machine.

How can i get to my sitekiosk login when i can't get past this now obsolete siteremote login?

Hello,

When the SiteRemote Team license just has expired you still can use the SiteRemote user to leave SiteKiosk until the team will be deleted completely (the team will be deleted automatically 60 days after the last SiteRemote license has expired).
When the SiteRemote Team does not exist anymore the SiteKiosk web terminal will automatically be unregistered and you can leave SiteKiosk with the password you have setup in your SiteKiosk configuration.

Or do you maybe talk about the user authentication dialog that will be displayed when want to open the SiteKiosk configuration from the exit dialog?
In that dialog you need to use a username and a password of a local Windows administration user account because the SiteKiosk user is not allowed to open the SiteKiosk configuration.
Only local administrators can open the SiteKiosk configuration.

Alternatively you can choose to logoff and then login with an administrative user account to Windows.
