Support Anfrage: Javascript does not load after sceensaver

Reproduktion

Everytime we exit the screensaver, javascript does not load on the website.

Beschreibung

I have a client that has got four Windows 8 computers locked to a website on a public space.
On startup the website loads fine, but after the screensaver kicks in, the site loads without any javascripts.
I have also tried this on the administrator-account with the same result.

Hello,

to be able to help you we need more information. Please send the URL to the affected website and your configuration file. Usually there is a browser reset done when the Screensaver is started, so SiteKiosk behaves in the same way as at the startup.

Hi Johan,

I tested your configuration on a IE10 based SiteKiosk installation and I cannot reproduce the described behavior. Please check your IE settings, maybe there is the key to solve your problem. There are also JavaScript errors occurring. Please check the SiteKiosk Log-File for that.

Did you change any settings in Internet Explorer on the SiteKiosk windows account?
