Beschreibung

Looking through the knowledge base on how to properly configure the site kiosk program. Not finding the instructions easy to work through. I can run it once but not able to get it to stay on all the time. After some time it shuts the application off and the campaigns are not longer displaying.

Please advise me to the proper documentation or procedure to follow.

Please see the general steps to creating and publishing a campaign in SiteRemote below:

After you have registered your SiteKiosk machine to your SiteRemote Account you are now ready to setup your digital signage campaign

• Under the Campaigns tab, create a new campaign by clicking the New button. Then select the layout, name the campaign and save it.
• You can add available media after creating a campaign by clicking the Add media content button. Then drag the media to the desired channel in your layout.
• Click the Schedule tab to schedule the time the campaign should run.
• Under the Publish tab select your broadcast and click "upload to server". Note: make sure popup are allowed for www.siteremote.net.
• After the file has completed uploading, you can then select the SiteKiosk machines that you would like to publish the broadcast on by clicking the Publish button.
• On your machine where SiteKiosk is installed, make sure to setup the auto login and connect it to your SiteRemote account and reboot the machine so that it is ready to display the broadcast. Note: If you would just like to test the scheduling aspects for the content you can use the "Preview" button under Campaigns tab to see what your broadcast will look like without requiring an additional machine with SiteKiosk installed.
