Support Anfrage: Locking screen orientation

Beschreibung

Hi, I am using a Samsung S9 tablet. I want my display to always be presented in landscape. So I have disabled auto rotate on the tablet such that it does not change to a portrait orientation. However when I enter the Sitekiosk app, it seems to be auto rotating based on how I hold the tablet. Can you please advise me on how to lock my display to a landscape orientation when I'm in the app?

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. There is a default project setting that will override the setting you made in your Android settings. In your project, go to Settings>>Client>>System>>Orientation: https://us.sitekiosk.online/help/en/System.html

The default setting is "Determined by orientation sensor" but in your case you can choose "Use Android system settings" or "Landscape".
