Support Request: looping a video

Description

Hi I am trying to play a video on loop on a certain page but its not looping and doesn't auto start when the page is loaded. When i view through google chrome its all ok. What am I doing wrong.

All the settings are set for it to auto loop

The video is hosted by youtube

Hello,

There is no known issue. Did you also test this in Internet Explorer on the SiteKiosk system?

The SiteKiosk Browser does use the so called IE Webbrowser Control of the installed IE version.

I am using the kiosk to view a website. When I view the website from a computer the video loops fine but in the kiosk mode it doesn't loop

Hello,

But you mentioned you viewed through google chrome. Did you also test it in Internet Explorer?
Is the web page URL available for testing?

Sorry for the mistake, I missed that you use SiteKiosk Anroid.

Which Androif version is installed?
Did you check it in the System Browser of the Android system also?
