Support Request: Sitekiosk won't save cookies

Description

Some of the sites we visit use cookies to store data which is needed to access the site - these aren't saved permanently. Upon restarting sitekiosk, they are deleted.

I have tested in Internet Explorer (9.0.8112.16421) and all is working as expected.

Are there any options I've missed out?

Hello,

The SiteKiosk Bowser does use the IE Webbrowser Control of the installed IE version and therefore does use the same temporary Internet files & Cookies handling.
But as SiteKiosk is a secure Kiosk browser the difference is that by default the temporary Internet files & Cookies will be deleted at certain time.

- on Logout / Sessionend – configurable in the SiteKiosk configuration at “-->Logout”.

- on screen saver activation - configurable in the SiteKiosk configuration at “-->Screensaver-->Advanced”.
