Support Request: Assigned app

Description

Hi,

I just purchases 4 license and trying to set-up SiteKios Android on Samsung Galaxy Tab A devices.
No assigned apps allowed, even though they can be started. I did not encounter this issue before. What might be the problem? Android version 5.0.2

Hello,

Please note that Android 5.x is currently not supported:

The next release of the software should be compatible and is tentatively scheduled in 8-10 weeks.

I would recommend rolling back the Android update to a supported version until the new release.
