Support Request: Update Information

Description

Hello,
after changes on device we dont have updated information on our own Siteremote - specifically information about software (MONITORING - SOFTWARE - INSTALLED SOFTWARE). Example: we update SiteKiosk aplication but in Siteremote there shows still old version.

Hello,

The information on the software page of SiteRemote will automatically be refreshed once a week (every 7 days).

If you run your own SiteRemote Server you can adjust that setting but not on https://www.siteremote.net.

In case you run your own SiteRemote Server and need further information about how to adjust that setting please send an e-mail to

Is there a easy way to configurate this interval in some config file on server?
