Support Request: User account not recognised

Hi

We have an account for siteremote (westoxondc) but I'm unable to log in? We are currently evaluating the extended use of sitekiosk\remote and would like to purchase the required licences and add the machines to site remote but out account isnt recognised.

Can you offer any help?

Hello,

I am sorry but there is no account on https://www.siteremote.net with the name “westoxondc”.

Please note that SiteRemote accounts without valid license will be deleted automatically 60 days after the license (or trial period) has expired.

But you can just create a new trial account on https://www.siteremote.net
