Hello,

the log does display this error

[SiteKiosk] Printer Monitoring: WaitForMultipleObjects failed with error code 0x6

There seems to be a problem with the printer driver of this Samsung printer and the printer monitoring:

Is there a difference in ”Run once” mode?
Did you also try without activating printer monitoring?

If you use a network printer please also consider the installation instructions to make it work wirh printer monitoring activated.
Plese see: http://www.provisio.com/helpconsole/SiteKiosk%20Help/en-US/default.htm?setup_printer.htm

Hello,

Generally SiteKiosk just uses the default printer configured on Windows.
The printer monitoring is not n application but a optional feature to control the printer that can be activated and deactivated in the SiteKiosk configuration (-->Print--> Enable printer monitoring).
Also see: http://www.provisio.com/helpconsole/SiteKiosk%20Help/en-US/default.htm?print.htm

But as it works in “Run once” mode you may just need to apply the current printer configuration in the admin account (used in “Run once” mode) to the SiteKiosk user account (used in “Auto Start” mode).

Therefore proceed as follows:
1. Close SiteKiosk and log out of the SiteKiosk user account
2. Login to the admin account and start the System-Security-Manager that is installed with SiteKiosk.
3. Choose “Unprotected” and confirm with “Ok”.
4. When done close the System-Security-Manager and start it again
5. Now choose “Protected” (should be preselected) and confirm with “Ok” again.

This applies the current printer settings to the SiteKiosk user account.
Finally start SiteKiosk again in “Auto Start” mode.

Hello,

As it works in Run once mode it still must be about any user dependent issue.

You may first check to print with IE while logged into the SiteKiosk user account.
Make sure the printer is configured as default printer in the SiteKiosk user account.

Please see here how to get access:

If it works in IE while logged in as SiteKiosk user but still doesn’t work when using the Auto Start mode again (after setting the SiteKiosk user to Protected) the print driver may require more access rights:
Please see here:
http://www.provisio.com/helpconsole/SiteKiosk%20Help/en-US/default.htm?setup_printer.htm
--> Information about the problem that only administrators (initial start of SiteKiosk) will be able to print
