Support Request: screenshot from device

Description

Hello,

If I setup on Android device a browser engine Chromium and I want to create a screenshot on our Siteremote I receive only black screen. If I change it to Dafault engine it works well. (Sitekiosk on device is 2.4.66.R2777 or 2.4.118 R2840 with same result)

Hello,

I am sorry but this is not reproducible. With my test the screen shot was also taken when setting the Fullscreen Browser to Chromium Browser Engine (current SiteKiosk Android version http://www.provisio.com/en-US/Downloads/Download.aspx?ItemId=185).

Did you use/start any external App with SiteKiosk?
Which page did you display in the browser?
Did you take the screen shot with the refresh button at “-->Monitoring-->Administration”?

- our website for customer (accessible from local network)

I tried it many times on few different devices and two verison of Sitekiosk with same result.
If I setup Chromium engine black screenshot has been created.
If I setup Default engine it works well and I got a right screenshot

Do you have any idea

Hello,

As this is not reproducible here it may apply to the web page that is displayed?
Did you also check with other web pages (e.g. Google)?

You may also register the device to a test team at https://www.siteremote.net and check if it also happens.

Yes I tried to change it to different web pages but with same result.
I have to do a test on your testing Siteremote server.

I tried a register the device on your test team with same result:
default engine - screenshot OK
Chromium engine - black screenshot.

Are you able to try it?
