Support Request: Session has been closed for security reasons

Description

Hi,

Lately our customers started to complain that they cannot login into PNB. The error is "Session has been closed for security reasons."
Could you please assist what can be wrong in Site Kiosk configuraiton or how can i fix it?

Hello,

This message is not from SiteKiosk but from the web page that is displayed.
There seems to be a time out for the session in that web page (code of the web page).

You may use the logout button of SiteKiosk to delete temporary Internet Files and Cookies and login again.

Thank you for answer, but it doesn't help. We use the same configuration in all 3 kiosks and they all worked well, webpage didn't change. I tried logout button, i restarted internet kiosk, but the error still appear. Are you sure that it's webpage problem not SiteKiosk problem? In windows 7 workstation the same webpage performed as expected and everything worked good.

Hello,

I am sure that the message "Session has been closed for security reasons." is not from SiteKiosk but from the web page that is displayed (code of the web page).

You may first check that the web page works properly in Internet Explorer on that system.

In case it works in IE you can try to deactivate SiteKiosk in the user agent header.
To do this, open the SiteKiosk configuration tool and go to >Basic >Start Page & Browser. Click the Advanced button and uncheck the box labeled 'Add "SiteKiosk" to user agent header'.
Maybe the site is performing some type of browser identification?

Otherwise you should contact the administrator of that web page to figure out under which circumstances the Session has been closed for security reasons." Message is displayed.
