Support Request: Switching between site and sitekiosk screen

Description

Hello,

after some time of working (couple hours maybe days after computer start) our SiteKiosk is showing screen with white screen with gray safe. Only reboot helps for that, but after some time it displays again. Please help us solve this problem.

Hello,

The screen shot displays the watchdog background which is shown when the SiteKiosk Browser is not running.
In the log file it displays a “abnormal sitekiosk program termination” every minute.
Further information should be available in the Windows event log (Application and System).

You may also check if it happens when configuring the target URL
http://127.0.0.1:8080/pages/public/kiosk.xhtml?kioskId=7021
as Start Page in SiteKiosk and the Offline HTML
file:///C:/Program%20Files%20(x86)/SiteKiosk/Html/Qumak/offlinenew2.html
as Offline page (-->Start Page & Browser-->Advanced).
