Support Request: Automatically sign out of Office 2013 applications

Description

We have Office 2013 installed on the PCs with SiteKiosk. Some of the SiteKiosk users are signing in to Word 2013 which means they can save to their own OneDrive account. How can we configure SiteKiosk to automatically log a user out of the Office 2013 products when they log out of SiteKiosk or when the session resets due to inactivity?

Hello,

This applies to the external office application.

SiteKiosk is a secure browser and deletes all temporary Interne Files and Cookies on (SiteKiosk) logout / session end.
Furthermore SiteKiosk will close all applications you added to the SiteKiosk configuration (-->Applications) and you can configure SiteKiosk to delete downloaded files or even certain folder content.

For the Office Application you need to find out what files or registry entries need to be deleted.

If you need to delete registry entries it is possible by creating a script that you add to the SiteKiosk configuration.
