Support Request: uncomplete web content (flash)

Description

I have some trouble using SiteKiosk. The URL I choose is not displaying the whole content. It's an online web site with a flash content inside.
It's working well with Explorer, FireFox and Chrome in a normal use but the Flash content is not appear when using SiteKiosk. I tried several skins and I encounter the same problem.
If I use the Chrome Full screen for example I have an error message (This website would like to remind you: Your browser (Chrome 41) is out of date. Update your browser for more security, comfort and the best experience on this site.)

Hello,

If you use the Chrome Fullscreen Browser Skin and need to display Adobe Flash content please have a look at this FAQ:

For all other skins (based on IE Webbrowser Control) you just need to install the Adobe Flash ActiveX Add-On for the installed Internet Explorer.

Thank you for your reply.

I read the FAQ already before but I have the flash installed and updated for Chrome / FireFox. For Internet Explorer I have already the Active X Add-On.

What is strange is while I do the configuration of SiteKiosk and I try several Skin I use the test button to check and the content appears correctly (both on Chrome and IE skins) but the issue appears when I launch the Site Kiosk.

Hello,

The test button is only for checking the URL in the default browser (not in SiteKiosk).

For the Chrome Fullscreen Browser it doesn’t matter if it works in IE or Chrome or Firefox as it uses Chromium:
You need to install the Plugin-based browsers version form here:
https://www.adobe.com/uk/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html


For the other skins it just needs to work in Internet Explorer.

But I did it (installing the flash from your link) but the problem still there and with the Chrome full screen skin the same error message: "Your browser is out of date...)

Hello,

Did you verify that adobe flash is installed with opening this URL in SiteKiosk?
https://www.adobe.com/de/software/flash/about/

Otherwise the web page maybe needs a higher Chrome version?
The Chrome Fullscreen Browser skin of SiteKiosk 8.91 is based on Chromium 41 installed with SiteKiosk.

Did you also check with an IE based skin (e.g. Metro IE Skin)?

Can you provide the URL of that web page?
