Which Browser template have you selected under Basic > Start Page & Browser?
Do you get the same behavior when you test with a different Browser skin under Basic > StartPage & Browser (example test with the "Chrome Fullscreen" Skin)


Does this happen for all websites with a drop down menu or just your own?


There are no settings in SiteKiosk to specifically alter the drop down menus on allowed websites. You may also test to ensure that this works as expected in Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox

We use desktop start page. It happens with all of the others as well. We only use this one website with sitekiosk.

When we log out of site kios under the restricted user we launch IE and the webpage works fine.

it works with the chrome full-screen skin.

using the chrome skin we lose functionality we need such as printing and the ability to launch a program from the desktop start page
