Support Request: Need to replace a SiteKiosk key

Description

One of our tablets got reset and I have to down software and resinstall.
My original order data is here:
Customer number: 1780608
Purchase order date: 8/6/2014

I need to register this install. How do I get the license key again for that purchase?
