Support Request: could not complete install

Description

Hi ... i tried installing the last version i could download on windows 10 64 bit ... run as admin ... disabled firewall and antivirus ... i could not complete it ... i always get this error

The error message seems to indicate something is preventing the Windows user account from being created. Access is denied. This could have to do with domain restrictions or other security tools on the system that are denying access. Are you able to create a local Windows user account through the Windows control panel?

You can install SiteKiosk without the Windows user account that it created for Autostart mode as a test. This approach will require you to create a user to run SiteKiosk in under Autostart.

Use the following to install SiteKiosk without the local user account. You will need to setup a domain user for Autostart mode using the customized start settings from the SiteKiosk Quick Start menu.

Sitekiosk8.exe /V"INSTALLSYSTEMSECURITYUSER=\"\""

To utilize a different user account than the default SiteKiosk user account, you will need to use the "Customized" SiteKiosk start options.

1. Open the SiteKiosk Start menu and select the option "Customized" then click "OK".
2. Select the option "Run SiteKiosk automatically at Windows startup (auto start)" and "Autostart with shell replacement" from the dropdown.
3. Uncheck the box labeled "Settings only apply to the restricted SiteKiosk user account".
4. Check the box labeled "Log on automatically at system startup" then click the "Settings" button.
5. In the Auto Login dialog window enter the credentials for the domain user that you would like SiteKiosk to run under.
6. Click "OK" then you will be prompted to reboot for autostart.

Until i test this i can tell u the following things
1) The first time i had this error on my laptop ... i stated the install again and when i reached the account creation process .. i got an error again telling me the account already exists ... the i removed everything (app and user account) .... tried again but i got the same error like the one i posted here

2) Today i tried to install it on my office PC ... i did not get any error ... but it froze at some point and did not went any further ... as a reference point ... it froze soon after setting up localhost (i saw that in the command prompts .... "Listening to http://localhost:8089" or something ) ... both PC have windows 10 ... one coming from windows 8.1 and one from windows 7 ... maybe there is something related to windows 10 ... for me it is a bit frustrating right now because i loose a lot of time trying to install it ... i think u understand me

SiteKiosk will not be officially supported on Windows 10 until the release of SiteKiosk 9. SiteKiosk 9 is expected to be released around the end of the month.
