Support Request: Remote Monitoring Service isnot running

Description

We have a machine that is not connecting to the server. When connected to the machine, I get the message in the configuration manager under Management\Remote Monitoring "Remote Monitoring Windows Service is not running"

I checked services and the SiteRemote Client service is started. I stopped the service and restarted. It displays that the service is started but I still get the same message above.

Under the even logs I have a message of 9182 Fatal Exception starting minimal client configuration. Logging position:_ThreadPoolWaitCallback_Context=> ServiceBase.ServiceQueuedMainCallback=> k Service.OnStart
