Support Request: Google map not showing inside siteremote

Description

suddenly the Google maps stoped showing in the administration section (Monitor/Administration)
i can see the streetview icon, the + and -, map/satelite.

Streetview is working, but otherwise the map is just grey.

tried it in different browsers (IE and Firefox)
any idea on how to solve this?

Hello,

Thank you for reporting this problem. I was able to reproduce it on my test system
It seems that Google doesn’t support API v2 anymore and I forwarded it to our developer team to fix it
(this will take a while).

Meanwhile you may change the API to VirtualEarth (on the Settings page of the SiteRemote Administration). VirtualEarth still works without any issue.

Is there any progress in the google maps fix? im not able to get anything else to work.

Hello,

The update was published today and you can receive it be using the update button at the “Terminal Map Settings” area on the SiteRemote Administration page.

Note:
After making the update the SiteRemote Server service restarts and you may need to clear the browser cache (or use CTRL+F5 for a page refreash) to make the maps display again.
