Thank you for your inquiry. You also had called in about this issue. This device is currently using SiteKiosk 9.7 which is no longer supported. This device uses a web-based gateway to the internet and there are no other issues connecting on the device, otherwise. You can try the latest SiteKiosk version (without a license) to see if the issue persists:
