Support Request: No toolbar in PDF popup

Description

I’ve noticed that when I create a “PDF” popup, the toolbar does not appear.
As a result, it’s not possible to zoom in or print the PDF.

How can I make this toolbar visible?

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. In the Popup - PDF Viewer, there are four icons: up, down, plus and minus. The fifth icon, Print, becomes visible if Printing is allowed in Project Settings>>Printing. If you have made a change on the project, you will need to publish it to see it on the client. If the PDF toolbar is not visible, you will need to check your Popup settings>>Position/Sizes. Then your project resolution versus your monitor resolution or if in Preview (Project), reduce the Zoom on the top.

Project resolution can be changed in View (top right)>>Resolution/Zoom. Your monitor settings can be reviewed in (Portal) Monitoring>>Device>>Hardware>>Video>>Resolution.
