Support Request: Not Idle but still the Page Refresh/Reload executes

Description

Good day, in my Kiosk config i have set a script, .bat file that only delete cache, temp files after 2700 seconds (45 mins) if idle mode when triggered from the screensaver option. But on this SiteKiosk Build 7305 i have noticed that even not idle mode, while browsing and reading on the webpage portal, the system reload itself and close everything (start fresh) again.
Could you please help me identify what might be triggered to this refresh/reload even if not in idle mode.

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. You can start with reviewing the log files to see where the actions are triggered. Since this code, according to the image, is supposed to be triggered on a SiteKiosk Reset. This reset could occur if there is an issue with displaying/navigating your website. For this reason, we will need to review these files that you can send to support-america(at)sitekiosk.com :

- Configuration - C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Config (*.skcfg files, ignore *.skcfg.local)
- SiteKiosk Log files - C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Logfiles (yyyy-mm-dd.txt file for that day)
- A zip file of SiteKioskNG.log - C:\Users\<your running user>\AppData\Local\Temp (generates when SiteKiosk runs.)
