Support Request: Emergency Mode NoService:Code 3

Description

Hi,
this message appears regularly : "Emergency Mode NoService:Code 3"
Is there something to do that i missed ?

Could it be in relation with my wifi connection ?

When i launch my computer (and when SiteKiosk works) it automatically starts the app.
How can i comeback to a configuration that allows me to choice "Test Mode" ?
In this case, i'll could check if wifi is on before starting SiteKiosk

Hello,

as indicated by the emergency mode, there is no issue with the Wi-Fi connection; rather, a service required for operating SiteKiosk cannot be started.

In the management interface, you can check the log files under “Monitoring” to see which service is affected. Normally, in such cases, our system attempts to perform a restart within 5 minutes in order to restart the services. If this does not succeed, the emergency mode remains active.

In that case, you have the option using the Windows administrator credentials, the master password, or the SiteKiosk Online login credentials to manually trigger a restart or terminate the operation of SiteKiosk.

If restarting does not resolve the issue, I would recommend performing a repair installation and, if that also does not work, a complete reinstallation of SiteKiosk Online.

To enter test mode, you need to disable the SiteKiosk autostart. To do this, use the ESC key combination or ESC gesture, then log in to the admin dialog using your SiteKiosk Online credentials, the master password, or Windows administrator credentials. There, you can log out from the SiteKiosk Restricted User and disable autostart.
