Soporte de pedidos: Slideshow not displaying

Windows PC uses sitekiosk. User is able to boot in just fine, monitor can see the PC, but slideshow that should be showing up automatically when booting in isn't booting up. Don't know what other things I can do about it. Please help.

What version number of SiteKiosk Classic are you currently running? The first step in troubleshooting the issue will be to update to the current version of SiteKiosk Classic.

Looks like we are currently using version 9.7. It's an older version. I've tried restarting services, turning off our av, and I do see that sitekiosk is loading when it boots up, but doesn't display any information. I can't get into task manager which makes sense. I do want to see what else I could do before upgrading to the latest version. Is there other possible actions I can take?
