Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. Assuming you are updating SiteKiosk or installing it new but in a domain environment, you can successfully install/update the software with this command in Command Prompt: sitekiosk9.exe /V"INSTALLSYSTEMSECURITYUSER=\"\"" Say No to the Remote VNC feature. For new installs that need the local restricted user, use this command after install: "C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\SystemSecurity.exe" /install [/user:SiteKiosk /pass:MyPassword12!] Note: This step is not needed for off-domain environments with default Windows settings.
