Support Request: Renewal - License Won't Activate

Description

Hello,

We just renewed our license. We have received our paid invoice.

We had no option to Extend with Key in the expired license row. So we deleted the inactive license and tried to add it back through Activate License Key. Response "The license key you entered is not valid."

Please advice.
