Reproduction

We have had machines go down, we get the email but not the text messages.

Went into the setup area and clicked the "Test" button and still no text arrives. This use to work several months ago.

This message is to notify you that text messaging service for SiteRemote alerts is discontinued for the US zone in order to provide a more cost effective solution to SiteRemote SaaS users. You will no longer receive text message alerts on your mobile device when SiteRemote SaaS has detected an error state on your remote client. As an alternative, you can activate automated email alerts through SiteRemote for various error states that SiteRemote detects. You can adjust your alert notifications in your SiteRemote team by clicking the Users tab, selecting your user from the tree view then clicking the Alert Notifications tab.
