Description

We had received an alert regarding the storage data limit exceeded, but can't find where to delete these data or activate an automate clean tool. Could you help us showing where to do this?

Hello,

I have checked your team and this is caused by the issue that some machines have sent larger log files which has filled up the disk space of your team.
There are several machines in your team having a Message log overflow which results in larger log files.

To get immediately more space you need to delete older log files but note that then you can’t create any new report from the time span you haven’t any log files for.
Or you order more disk space for your team.

Regarding the error messages in the log of the machines having the message log overflow it seems that you have installed the IE9 which is not supported with versions before SiteKiosk 7.8.
You should update SiteKiosk to version 7.8 as soon as possible on these machines to prevent the “Timer error:” message these machines showing for quiet some time.
(Or you go back to IE8 by uninstalling the IE9).
