Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. What is the make and model of your Android device? What happens when you publish some of our ready-made Templates like "Fullscreen Slideshow" and "Start Screen ..." (any variation)? Did the SiteKiosk Online app show your project display when you got the message?

If the issue is persistent or only happens with your created work, please send an export of your project by clicking the Export button in Projects>>Action (column)>>Export to support-america(at)sitekiosk.com. Larger projects can be sent by drive link included in your email.

Best regards,
Andre.

Hi Andre,

We've tried publishing a blank template with the same error message.

We're currently using the following screen spec:

43inch 4K Interactive LCD Touch Screen
10point IR Multitouch
Resolution: 3840*2160
Brightness: 400nits
Viewing Angle 89/ 89/ Android OS, 2GB RAM

Hello,

Thank you for the update. I see that you are using Android 9 touch device. Is there an option to update the OS on that device? TV devices like this may lose support over time (after 3-5 years). Because of this, secure web-based services like SiteKiosk Online may not be able to show or publish projects due the lack of supported tools.

It could also be that this device is using another web-view other than Chrome Browser? You can try to reinstall SiteKiosk Online app and give all the permissions needed as possible (expect for the VNC portion, it is optional). You can share the Manufacturer and Model from Monitoring>>Device>>Hardware so we can review the original specifications of this device.

Best regards,
Andre.
