User must confirm print jobs

All issued print jobs will be displayed in a dialog box and must be confirmed by the user. The user may, of course, also delete any open print job. You might want to enable this option if you previously selected a browser print option excluding any user interaction. This option will prevent users from clicking the print button repeatedly (feedback).

In fact, this check box will change anything in users experience, users are always prompted to confirm printjobs... right? Or... is this a bug?
On 4 pc, I can't enable client to be free form that prinjob confirmation.
This check box is referred to the status popup giving 30s time for the confirmation, right?
If yes, there's probably a bug, if not I'm probably wrong interpreting what you mean with "user must confirm printjobs".

Hello, The function “User must confirm print jobs” activates the feature that ALL issued print jobs will be displayed in a dialog box and must be confirmed by the user. (No matter if you charge for printing or not) But when you activated a payment device and charge for printing there is another dialog (which has nothing to do with the “User must confirm print jobs” function) where the user must confirm that he will be charged for making the print out. ( “Printing is subject to a charge”). Therefore these are two different things. 1. The "User must confirm print jobs" feature activates a confirmation window (feedback) even if the printing is for free. This notification can be deactivated and you e.g. get no notification anymore when the printing is for free. 2. When you charge for printing you can't avoid the display of the notification window where users have to confirm the cost. But if you deselect the option "User must confirm print jobs" the user only has to confirm the “costs” dialog. Regards, Michael Olbrich
