Hello,

the error code is given from the credit card gateway server.
You should check it within your PayPal PayFlow Pro account.

Which exact SiteKiosk version do you use (as above you state it is 7.0 but the config file is from 7.1)?

Michael

i still have problem with result 12 ( decline in log files )
I spoke with pay pal support and they told me it is declined because i had to use testing account, not live amex card. I was happy to hear that because possibly it was a solution. But... i still get 12( decline). so i logged in to paypal manager and found that nearly all test transaction with live card or testing account went well and was approved. Now i dont know where to look next , where communication failing

please help

Hello,

it still seems to be an issue of your PayPal Payflow Pro account.

I have tested it with using your SiteKiosk configuration and SiteKiosk 7.1.267 on Windows XP.
With your VeriSign/PayPal Payflow Pro account data I can make 1 test booking that works flawlessly. With the next test booking I get same the error like you.
When I close SiteKiosk and start it again it works again 1 time.

But if I change the account data to our VeriSign/PayPal Payflow Pro test account I can make as much test bookings as I want without restarting SiteKiosk.
Therefore it still seems to be an issue of your PayPal Payflow Pro account.

What if you make a real booking and disable the test mode?
