Support Request: URL Field in Browser is Missing

Reproduction

Any browser window I open up does not have the URL box so I user can not navigate.

I have checked "Display URL address field"

Hello,

There is no issue with the URL address bar.
Which skin (Browser-->Browser Design) and which start page (Browser-->Start Page) did you choose?
Did you activate the full screen mode (-->Display-->Fullscreen Mode)?

Thanks for your assisatnce.

I'm using the IE Skin Browser Design and the Portal Startpage. I have Fullscreen Mode activated with “Permanent fullscreen mode” checked. The other 2 checkboxes are unchecked (always hide scroll bars & hide the task bar).

I’m planning to upgrade to 7.5 before I purchase the license so possibly this will work right there?

I should probably also note that I don't have any of the browser buttons either although in my config they appear to be allowed.

You need to deactivate the “Fullscreen Mode” if you want that the URL address bar (and the rest of the chosen skin) is visible:
