Support Request: Can't prevent screen from scrolling with touchscreen and Win7

Reproduction

Hello- I have a presentation on 1080X1920 which is meant to be static, but when the user touches the touch screen, they can pan around outside my presentation. The scroll bars are turned off, but the screen still scrolls around. Also, with multitouch enabled in Win7, the user can shrink the screen. Is there a way to turn off multitouch so that it doesn't allow the user to pan in and out of my presentation?

Hello,

as this feature applies to Windows (resp. to the touch screen driver) you should check your Windows or touch screen driver settings.

First check it in “Run once” mode of SiteKiosk.

In case these settings are user dependent:
