FAQ: Unregister SiteKiosk from a SiteRemote server that is unreachable

Description

To unregister SiteKiosk from a SiteRemote server that is unreachable you can proceed as follows:
1. Stop the “SiteRemote Client” service at the SiteKiosk computer (services.msc).
2. Go to the folder “C:\ProgramData\PROVISIO\SiteRemote Client” and remove or delete the file “SiteRemoteClient.Local.config”
3. Start the “SiteRemote Client” service again
