Support Request: Error Code: -2146697208 when trying to open an .xls or .doc file in SiteKiosk

Reproduction

When trying to open a .xls or .doc file from Outlook Web Access, an error message comes up: An error has occured. Error Code: -2146697208. I have a second Sitekiosk terminal with the same configuration and hardware and am able to open these files without any problem. Any idea what this error code means?

Hello,

regarding your description it seems that your Outlook Web Access is using redirections for file attachments.
Just disable Download Manager for this URL and allow normal IE download dialog box.
