Reproduction
I don't have any code.
Each time a photo email is created, the red button works fine and shows the preview, but OK needs to be pressed twice to close it. Once the preview closes and the email opens, the photo is attached twice with the same file name. If delete is pressed, both are deleted. Upon testing, 2 photos are received by the recipient. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
