Support Request: Sitekiosk cannot open xls and pptx files in file manager(latest version)

Reproduction

Hi, I had encountered various times that in file manager, SK cannot open xls and pptx files. I am using office 2007, and the icon for all these 2 types of files are always unknown, not the normal msoffice excel and ppt icon. Previously I can view the files, but a few days later, it pops back to the same problems.

When I tried to run it in file manager, it says either the file is corrupted or I do not have access to the file. I had even given full access to the folder that contains the file. Moreover if I try to open it using the application itself, that is to say, I open up excel program, then try open the file, it works, same for pptx. It is only in file manager that gives the same issue, kindly please advice.

You mentioned that you encountered this issue at various times. Is this issue intermittent?
Do you know what changes have taken place on the machine since it stopped working?
How many machines is your issue affecting?
Are you using the default download and file manager locations?
Do you get the same behavior in Run Once and Autostart?

Please have a look at the folder access right in the System-Security-Manager (at the folder where the office files are stored.).
