Support Request: .Net error on config.exe when attempting to run a new config

Reproduction

Start configure site Kiosk.
Attached skcfg ws last one edited, so it is automatically loaded.
Click Next
Click OK
Overwrite
Run and Use new config
the error message appears.
Site Kiosk continues on and starts

Error encountered when overwriting a config (see reproduction for steps) and starting Site Kiosk. A screen shot of the error is attached. The title is

The message is:

the instruction at "0x65e36abb" referenced memory at "0x0024bfe0". The memory could not be "read".

I have reproduced the problem each time I attempt the above steps in my current session.

Unfortunately there were not files attached but generally there is no issue like this when using SiteKiosk (we have several test systems running and even no other customer has reported a problem like this).

It might be caused by bad memory, a bad CPU, older drivers or hardware conflicts:
