Support Request: PC (windows 7) goes to sleep after 5 minutes

Reproduction

I'm using Sitekiosk under Windows 7. I have set the Power saving options of “Turn off display” and “Put the computer to sleep” to “never.”. Windows is never going to sleep, that's ok.
I have updated all display drivers.

When I start Sitekiosk (automatic start) my screen goes black(I assume that the PC is going to sleep or the display is turned off).

But if I use the mouse or keyboard immediately after Sitekios has started, the PC doesn't go te sleep.
I cannot find a solution, do you have one?

Hello,

check if you have enabled the sleep or monitor off mode in the SiteKiosk configuration under Maintenance.

Also check your Screen Saver settings in the configuration of SiteKiosk, especially because you say this happens after 5 minutes and that is the default idle time for the SiteKiosk Screen Saver mode.
