Support Request: Can't setup printer to print in B&W
Reproduction
The platform is windows 7. We have an issue, due the printer that is setup to print in B&W on windows on the sitekiosk user and also the administrator. But when the user sitekiosk is working it only print in color and the company doesn't want to buy expensive color toner, just black. Could you help on how to set it correctly?
