Support Request: Windows screensaver not working

Reproduction

I have disabled the SiteKiosk screensaver, because I want to use the SignageLive screensaver in Windows.
However, when SiteKiosk is running it suppresses the native WIndows screensaver.
How can I activate the Windows screensaver while running SiteKiosk?

Hello,

SiteKiosk supports the use of normal Windows screen savers.
You can select a screen saver that has been installed in the Windows directory ..\Windows\system32. Please have a look at the help:

Other Screensavers are suppressed. To do digital signage with SiteKiosk, please have a look at SiteCaster, too.

When I use Sitekiosk with the local admin account, the screensaver is not suppressed.
Is there anyway to release the screen saver in the limited Sitekiosk account?

Any update on this problem?
Basically I just want to use the WIndows screensaver instead of the SIteKiosk one.

Hallo,

if your screensaver behaves like a usual Windows screensaver, if it is installed at the same folder as the usual Windows screensaver and if it needs not more rights thal the usual Windows screensaver it should work. Please make sure. that your screensaver is installt at the right place and test it with the SiteKiosk user. If this does not work, than your screensaver needs additional rights which can be configured with System Security Manager. Please take into account that giving more rights to that user means more possible danger to your System in Kiosk mode operation at the same time.
