1. If you are using IE9, you should have a minimum version of SiteKiosk 7.8.332 installed.

2. "Windows/Application" messages are messages applying to the Windows system These messages. Note: In the overview you also will see all Windows errors not applying to our software (Windows/System errors in the Windows event log).

3. The message "Today 13m ago Windows/Application [12-04-2012 15:40: SiteRemote Client] 2012-04-12 15:40:53.3281 Error Exception loading components: Exceptions were thrown during activation of set "Registered": 1) System.ArgumentException: Illegal characters in path. at System.IO.Path.CheckInvalidPathChars(String path) at ...."

Is a message fron our SiteRemote Client service but this is a known issue when registering a SiteKiosk machine again that was already registered before.
The message will not affect the behavior and is just a warning. SiteRemote will work without any problem. (The "bug" is that you will see an error message)

As the sync seems to be working on your other machines, you could try to reinstall SiteKiosk to see if that resolves your issue. You can also use a "File upload job" or the "VNC file transfer" functionality to move your files.
Re: File manager error. 4/23/2012 2:28 AM
Ok I think I now have a process that fixes any sync issues.

1) remove kiosk from any synced folders in file manager.
2) delete any sync.temp folders.
3)run site kiosk repair install.
4)start site kiosk
5)change default sync location to preferred sync location.
6)reboot Kiosk
7)re-add kiosk to synced folders inside file manger.

that resolves any or all errors or wierness.! I think allot of my issues stemed from the fact that I changed the Path of the synced folder on the kiosk after configuring the synced folders in file-manager and changed between torrent and http a couple of times.. Its all working well now. which leads me to my next questions...

1) Is it possible to link filemanager into our software (API etc) we have a CMS system that our client uses to change content and Upload new content to our kiosk app. I would love if I could get our CMS to automatically upload the files into filemanager or create a file upload. at the moment I have it so that it sends me and email and I manually upload the files into filemanager.

We do not offer an API etc for SiteRemote Server customization. Does you current CMS solution upload conent to your kiosks? If so, you could upload the content and then upload a new configuration file with the paths to the new content.
