Support Request: Printing problems

Reproduction

I am having problems getting printing to work properly. I have tried a network printer, shared network printer and a local usb printer. Every time i print a page it queues multiple pages. I have also unticked the option to display the print dialog and request confirmation but it still continues to do do both

Hello,

Generally there is no known issue but as you are using the very old version 6.5 you may update first to the latest 6.x version which is 6.6.213:

(Updates within the same major version 6.x are for free)

Furthermore you should consider the description of the SiteKiosk help (is installed with SiteKiosk) about installing and using printers with SiteKiosk.
It is similar like with the actual version you will find online:

In case you don't want to charge for printing you also can deactivate the printer montoring.

This button is available on nearly all of the pages in the configuration and links you to the page of the help file that deals with the exact settings of that page.

Also note that Windows 7 and the Internet Explorer Version 8 and higher are not supported with this old version.
If you want to use SiteKiosk on Windows 7 and or with a higher IE version you need to purchase an update to the actual version 8:
