Reproduction
Try to open Site Kiosk Config Tool, 'Microsoft error' page displayed; tool refuses to open.
Tried from Programs menu and from within Site Kiosk tool itself - both the same.
Logged on as 'Administrator' on the PC.
Windows application log is saying it's a .NET error, but nothing more.
