Hello,

I am sorry but this is not reproducible here.
You may test it first directly in the Internet Explorer on that system and if it also occurs you should check the Internet Explorer settings to resolve it (maybe by setting them back to default?).

If it works correctly in the IE check it in SiteKiosk and if there is a difference between “Run once” and “Auto Start” mode.
If it only happens in “Auto Start” mode you need to check the IE settings while logged in as SiteKiosk user:

OK, if it helps when I press f5 to refresh the screen it then displays correctly.

Sorry I forgot to mention as well that IE displays correctly in the admin account. It's only within SiteKiosk that IE9 displays incorrectly.

Hello,

Did you also check it in the Internet Explorer while logged in as SiteKiosk user?
Is there a difference between run once and auto start mode?

Hello,

As it works after a refresh it generally seems to apply to your internet connection / a timing issue on your system.

You may also check the settings for temporary Internet files in Internet Explorer.
E.g. If the behavior changes when setting them from “Automatically” to “Every time I visit the web page”.

Note that this is a user dependent setting. You also have to change it in the SiteKiosk user account: http://www.provisio.com/CustomerSupportCenter/ArticleDetails.aspx?ArticleID=5826

Otherwise you may check using the “Recall Startpage” script provided here:
