Support Request: Digital signage campaign run real slow

Description

Hi
im using the latest version of site kiosk on win 7 with 42 inch touch screen
im using the digital signage feature but when the video files play it runs real slow , everything looks like its in slow motion
when i play the file as local it runs fine
what could be the problem ? i cant play files this way

The files you setup in your campaign are transferred to the computer and played locally for digital signage. They do not stream from the server. We do not have any similar reports of behavior like this from other customers at this time. When you say that it plays really slow do you mean, for example, a two minute video takes 4 minutes to play or does it take the same amount of time as the original video but the picture is slow? Is there sound on the video? Is that slow too? Are you able to replicate the issue with other video files also?
